Hi, my name is Cassie. I am a therapist in Fort Worth, Texas. Offering retreats has been a dream of mine because I want to create a space where women can detach from their everyday lives and focus primarily on themselves. In my experience facilitating intensive, multi-hour sessions, I have witnessed the extraordinary healing and relief that people can achieve. That path has led me to therapy retreats.
Experience
I am an advanced certified Accelerated Resolution Therapist, with a focus on trauma recovery. I use cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, and Jungian therapy. I continually improve my skills through training and workshops. Personally, I know what it is like to feel stuck, lost and unable to recognize yourself. Once I discovered that my life could look and feel different, I dedicated my professional life to helping others find their way out of their own darkness. I am a proud survivor of trauma. You can be too!
I look forward to working with you!
